Does SODL receive any compensation from the preferred lender?

Some loan types place limits on credits at closing. SODL's buyer credit is structured as a commission rebate, which is handled differently from a seller concession. Your SODL agent will review your specific loan type early in the process to confirm how the credit applies to your closing.
