ONLY PRE-APPROVED buyers will be sent to you for scheduling showings, ensuring your time is spent with serious buyers only. This approach allows buyers to envision their future home comfortably, free from the pressure of sales pitches. Buyers will write their own offers with SODL acting as a facilitator to complete the transaction. You'll be updated every step of the way!
Compensation
Showings: Earn $35 per showing, including 2nd showings, and final walk-throughs. Buyer's pay a retainer fee up front, ensuring that your paid for your services. Our easy-to-use showing submission form tracks the amount of showings, ensuring accurate compensation.
Closing Bonus: Upon successful closing, you'll receive a $50 bonus!
